Only if I can drive and you'll be the one unloading the trailer and stuff. Few years ago right after high school I worked for Americold as a case picker. That job was rough on my back. I feel like food service would be the same

I go through a lot of shoes, which is actually when you can start to feel it in you're back. The trailer floor and ramp just eat shoes, I can go through 2-3 pairs of shoes in a year if I want. The pair of shoes I have now I bought in the late summer/early fall I guess and already there worn down quite a bit walking wise I probably go through 1040 miles in 3-4 months.

It's the boxed meat those are the heaviest cases or frozen government commodity cheese those cases are the heaviest.

No, GFS doesn't give us boots. They give us $100.00 a year to help us out on the cost of boots. Some of my boot issues are more of my own then the companies. The way my feet sit and stand and the way I walk naturally puts a lot of pressure on certain parts of the shoe and I think causes me to wear boots out maybe slightly faster then maybe some other guys. I could probably and probably have before, gone 6 months in-between boots. Kind of depends some boots do wear out quicker then others.

Well, were done with the manuals 2018 was the last model year with the manuals. They bought a couple autos to "test" out directives from on high pretty much said the days of the third pedal and stick at GFS are over. I think going forward all the 2019s are going to be automatic.
