At Frito, we don't get that line often. Nobody else wants to hand-unload floor stacked product 10 feet high (drop frame van trailers). Even places who typically push lumpers seem ok with letting us do it. Amazon is the only place I've been to where they won't let us on the dock, but their stuff is palletized and small quantities anyway.

I had a customer get all bent out of shape once because I had four totes of motor oil to deliver to his farm and nobody was around. I went inside the barn and looked around and nobody was around. I saw a couple of old tractors and one had fork attachments on it. Called dispatch, they said leave. Next day, customer called and was pissed. Told dispatch the driver can use the tractor if nobody is around. Ok... went back two days later, same deal. Hopped on the tractor, fired it up. Cruised out of the barn downhill and NO BRAKES. Went past the truck lol and came at the totes on level ground and left them there. Unfreakingbeliecableeee
