No not us our entire division only has 1 lift gate trailer it's a 45' 2009 trailer that's essentially extra equipment.

The reason we don't have lift gates is because most of our loads are floor loaded.

MACK E-6, jmz and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I could probably do pretty well doing that. My company kinda goes nuts with buying tickets, they have always been very expensive/box seats every time I have gotten them.

    Mike2633 Thanks this.

So I really like my job but GFS near me is apparently going thru a big hiring phase. I have always wanted to give food service a shot..... thinking I may apply so at least I get to talk to them and get the details. Couldn't hurt right?

Do it. Great company, great pay and benefits. If you apply for chain delivery you'll be probably start out doing a layover or two a week though. Which would typically mean 2 10+ hour breaks in the hotel. sales service is more of the monday thru Friday home every day typically in the early afternoon.

Bob Dobalina, Mike2633 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I've seen in the news that they've been merging corporate functions and closed the headquarters of at least of the regionals. It would make sense to eventually merge everything under one brand.

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.
