Saw a cool picture of these on the Internet. They look like pretty nice units to me. I hope they take care of them.

That’s an interesting set up. Guessing the tandems slide forward on the lead? That something new to get rid of using a dolly?
LtlAnonymous, Mike2633 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
I mean they are pretty nice and all but get on my level lol
-
Yes the tandems slide forward, they must be for certain routes and accounts.LtlAnonymous, FlaSwampRat and Digman943 Thank this.

I really want to know how that's cost effective. It seems like those would be far more expensive to install and maintain instead of a plain old dolly.LtlAnonymous, Cardfan89 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

There all the rage in Ontario, Canada where that picture was taken. These aren’t American Trailers, But you go to Ontario, Canada especially the Toronto area this set up is very common.
More weight, more stable, technically they can be backed up.double_r, LtlAnonymous and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
Tell me your yard horse units aren't programmed to not start if the seatbelt isn't fastened.
And how the hell is a Florida vehicle rusting?!?!LtlAnonymous and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
I don't even know if that thing has a seatbelt lol. The roofs rust on cars here from the sun beating the paint off of them. That rust is from the paint being beat and sweat from arms hanging out the window lol.LtlAnonymous and McUzi Thank this.

Got to use a air actuated slide for the tandems last night for the first time. Pulling the bar out doesn't seem to be any real difference than reaching down there and pulling the button out. It just seems like more to go wrong for very very little gain if any.
LtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
If the pins are bound up you can actuate the release, the move the trailer forward/backward, and the pins will release, and you can slide it without having to go pull them the rest of the way.FlaSwampRat, LtlAnonymous, LoneCowboy and 1 other person Thank this.
