I worked holding a stop sign at construction areas for a while before I got my cdl. People would come up, stop, and complain that I needed to put signs out warning about the construction. I would look up at the mile and a half of big obvious orange signs and just say, "No hablo ingles." Yeah, they were dumb enough to buy that too.Big Don, Injun and teddy_bear6506 Thank this.

I suppose you could always donate a "used" bottle!

No, I couldn't have posted that, must have been my "evil twin."

i think part of the problem(along with everyone being in a hurry these days) is that the shoulders simply are not wide enough. Goes with the job.
2) The other thing is, and i'm sure you already know this, but as a friendly reminder----if your in a recovery situation with any sort of rollover---car or truck. Make sure the parking brake is on/trans in park etc. before you flip it back over.nascarchuck Thanks this. -
I always put the e-brake on enough just before it locks up the tires on anything I put on the flatbed as I have seen first hand what happens when a cable breaks. We were recovering a Dodge dually out of a ditch and my cable snapped. The dually started to roll back into the ditch but the e-brake was on so it didnt roll far.
I havent done a rollover yet, but I imagine the e-brake will be on all the way on those! -
I've posted this before, but it's worthy posting again...
I'm surprised it's not a Swift truck!

I always chock the wheels in addition to the E-Brake.
If you're doing a heavy recovery, you'll most likely have outriggers that you can extend. -
Here's a truck I used to drive. That's my old Ford on the plate.......
