Rate Discrepancy between usa and Canada

You will never get into the US as a truck driver, or O/O. I know guys who have been trying since 2008. I know dudes even trying to move their small fleets down there, no go. Bison can't even move down there, that's why the keep buying US companies and shifting assets that way.

IDK wtf the US has, against letting Canadian Drivers and Trades people in to the US, but its a known issue.

Most of the people I know, who did get PR in the US, went there as Oil and Gas workers, or in some sort of Engineering Capacity.
