I am looking for a driver for my truck in texas and don't know what the going rate is for a driver to jump in and drive?

I am paying for everything, just need a good dependable driver hauling flat bed freight.

Either mileage pay or %.........If you pay more, like .40 a mile, you can expect a more professional experienced driver. Less, like .30 could mean an in-experienced clown who messes up your truck and isn't dependable. Depends how you operate your biz. And benefits and hometime and equipment etc.
