Pretty common. In 25 years driving I have never actually been given a sticker. And maybe less than 5 full blown level one inspection. And I always have to go in and at least show a permit.

my last one was In 2022 on the side of 684 in NY, he pulled me over for having a chrome frame around the trailer plate, and something with a log, didn’t write the full BOL or something like that I don’t remember and there was a 3rd violation as equally heinous as the first 2.

8 years for me, 1 level one. A handful of 2's and 3's. I've been needing and anxiously awaiting ANY inspection for about a year now since certain brokers started assuming I'm not real since I don't have a current one.

    Oh well......

Dang i need to come hang out with u guys.. in the 9 years ive been out here ive probably been inspected over 30 times... Passed all but 1 of them when i got written up for a chaffed airline by montana dot on a level 1.. i have probably deserved a handful of violations in that time period if im being honest but they let me slide...

i dust/dodge probably 99% of them, the only ones I usually pull in for are VT cause they usually are pretty fair, usually they are just looking for someone to waste time with. I got my license in 2007 and have yet to have an OOS for anything safety, every violation I’ve had has been a guy wasting time trying to justify their job, “cruddy” reflective tape, an air line that COULD chafe, (despite not After 26 years on the truck) too dim of marker light, etc

course now I know what I’ll be dealing with Monday now that I said that….

Oxbow and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.
