Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

Even with crashing rates and high fuel you gotta press on

Maybe it’s time to polish her up, put all the new chrome, chicken lights, mudflaps, dash chrome, CB, stuff I’ve had under the bunk, for over 10 yrs. All bought during the last crash for pennies on the dollar at chrome shop fire sales, Lol. Couple rattle cans of paint, and let some starry eyed newcomer full of YouTube video information buy my Truck. It’s tempting, considering I could get almost enough to pay my house off. Times like these, it’s hard to figure out what’s temporary, and what’s permanent. In 09, if things hadn’t crashed, and if wages would have gone up, we might have avoided catastrophe. This times different. Wages being the wild card. If a prolonged recession keeps wages down, coupled with inflation, housings going to crash again. That affects everything in a lot of ways. No one knows. Can’t control the future. It’s a dilemma. Right now cash is not King. Cash is Trash, losing buying power everyday. Without an increase in wages, prices will have to come down. Paying down debt, while keeping a good credit rating, seems to be the only hedge. Those with good credit will have buying power, should the worst happen. Being over leveraged is risky. Hard to see much worth investing in right now. Everything’s top dollar priced.

Well if you're in California rates are continuing to crash and fuel is still to the moon. Definitely need a stepdeck.

I've heard of fudging around with the numbers regarding pay to get calls and secure a truck, but that one takes the cake.
