    Nah. It’s a consequence of their decision to stay. I don’t buy into the thought that the employees bear no responsibility in this.

    No worries they most likely have the replacement company up and running already .. happens like clockwork up here in Canada with similar sounding individuals . Bleed the company dry run up bills everywhere then bankrupt. Wife or cousin starts the next company up ahead of time .

    There's a shortage of experienced, dependable, and knowledgeable pilot car drivers. There's no shortage of people with room temperature IQs, cheap dime store equipment held together with duct tape, who have a totally different idea than the driver about what show-up time means.
    Do a search on here about pilot cars and pilot car drivers. Some of what you'll read is hilarious, some of it is just depressing, but it will give you a little more insight into the job itself.
    LOL...it might also explain why OS/OW drivers look pissed off about half the time.
