You obviously don't know how banking works. The bank never looses a dime.....ever. the feds make sure of that. We the people......are not so lucky. Why do you think the bank gives 0% down home loans to folks they know can't afford it? Vs the days up until the 2000s when everybody needed a sizable chunk of change down. Food for thought

I just got home from Florida and I was amazed by 1. How high prices were for EVERYTHING and 2. How people were spending money hand over fist with zero worries whatsoever. Nobody cares about Covid anymore and everyone wants to have fun with their families and “get out”. Literally everything costs $100 seems like! I remember when $100 seemed like a ton of money but it’s just not anymore.
