If you are a driver for someone else you have little control of anything and certainly not detention pay.
If you bid the loads and negotiate and sign the rate cons you have control of everything, including detention. Does that mean it's a cakewalk for owners? No, but we are in control and choose to accept, negotiate or walk.Rideandrepair and 6wheeler Thank this. -
