I used to haul dirt as a peat moss out of NB north shore and they pay shiat buck a mile anywhere you go. CT,ON . Jersey you name it. Same rates for past 16 years. Buck a mole peat moss. But to go there produce from Loblaw Cambridge usedto be 3 buck a mile but then yonng transport and cc dropedd it to 2.6 for Moncton so go figure. Used to be 5+ buck a mile meat loadd out of Illinois back in 2003 but i doubt these days it be the same. There are candy loads out of NS but all big carriers are on it. Connors contract that is as far as i remember years back. Fish you have to wait for ships. Not every day loads. Avoid. Leave it to Neefies lol. Got a buddy in NB pulling flat bed with own authority. If interested i might ask him. All i ever pulled was a reefer wagon in that area. It make sense to go empty to riviere de loup to pick up some pork to go to Jersey. Thats what i would do

    Oso Thanks this.
