Sign's or no sign's, i alway's stop at bridge's or any overpass's, really make's my trainer mad too ,when i was in traing too, nope not going thru till check out my height, i never have ,never will trust any road sign's,most time's if i know i can make it , i go will real slow , with blinkers on, but if in a major city, i call up mr policeman and tell him too turn on his pretty lights as too stop traffic or take me thru,, but most part , that's only if i have no other choice, most low place's are due too driver fault, for he-she, did not do his proper load planing and distpacth on his , you know what , get there in a hurry type thing, but any lumber store , sell's a nefty little tool, this tool is now a lazer type level, you dont need the whole kit, i think you can buy just the lazer tape measure part now, pretty neet, i wacthed him use it, you just point at ground then go up too ledge of building at about 34 feet, i thought that be a great tool for us truckers ,for low underpasses ,and you know for sure then, again back too roadway, most times they forgot too put new signs after a asplhalt overlay, due too the city budget , so they say,or could related too weather, ice can build up fast on roadway , like 3 inches thick, were as you went thru last week , no ice, then yesterday had major ice storm, and build it up or snow,
