Ready to buy my next truck....should i go for new or used?

"should I buy new or used"?

That question is one of the most "open to opinion" question in the world. You might as well ask "what does a beautiful woman look like"?

Will you EVER go to California or ANY port in the U.S.?
Will you be regional or local (stay close to your house with a million mile truck)?
Do you know how to do minor repairs?
Can you afford new truck payments?
Will a new truck actually be cheaper payments every month (6 years on new Vs 3 years on used)?
Do you have the $20/30K needed for a down payment on a $160,000 truck?



on and on and on........

 

My experience is with a new truck you get new truck problems I would go with a truck 1yo with low miles and a good maintenance record. They call it a break in period for a reason because things break
