Well made it home at midnight. Probably leave out to finish the trip to Sherman at about 0130 or 0200 tomorrow. Last time I went down there it has been awhile they took their time and my hours ran out about an hour before I could get home. So the wife came and picked me up. So trying not to get there too early. Anyway safe travels if you are on the road. God bless

Left about 1:45 arrived at receiver at about 4:45. Was ahead of schedule so I dropped the cruise down a little so I can get better fuel mileage. Wind kicked my but in Kansas the other day. Hopefully with the good fuel mileage down here and the going back home empty. I'll make up for that average. Since this will be my last load before pay cut off. I'll end up with 2219 miles, 3 extra stop pay, and 1 day of layover. So still not to bad of a week for going on home time.

I hope freight picks up after this home time. Won't be leaving out until Friday. Well that's what my PTA is set for. Court early Thursday morning. Wouldn't mind leaving Thursday night if they had a good load. So we will see what happens. I normally average around 2500 miles plus. This time out 1900,300,2500,2200 averaged out to be 1725 a week. It's just that time of the year I guess. Well hopefully they will have my load finished and I'll be headed back to the house. You guys and gals have a great week.

Didn't go so well in Sherman, TX. After 3 hours they call me, and I think they are going to tell me the trailer is mt. No, they call and say. You are at the wrong place. So I head over to the Tyson in Ft.Worth/Richland Hills. Where I'll be a work in so. guess I won't be making it back home early. Unless they skip over the 4 trucks that were here before me. To take my load off. We shall see. Hopefully I'll get paid for the companies error. Beakkk quiet till next time.

Had to take an 8 hour break at the receiver in Ft.Worth. Was the last one unloaded only had to wait an extra 2 hours before I could split break. Got home at 10pm. They already gave me a pre-plan for Friday. Picking up in Iowa Park Friday afternoon. Going to Cactus, TX. Not sure of the miles off hand. Anyway you guys have a great week.

Yesterday I received a phone call and it was from a guy who will be doing a relay with me. Either later today or tomorrow. So I knew I had a load after I dropped off load in Cactus. Then When I arrived at truck this morning. I had 2 pre plans one for after my delivery in Houston going to North Carolina. Was due on the 20th. Very happy with that. Then while driving to shipper. I received another pre plan. That had me picking up in Sunnyvale, TX going to Nebraska. Some pretty ugly delivery times for such a short haul. It has 2 stops. Both going to Wal-mart and they don't like changing appointments. So I will have another pretty ugly week. Since I couldn't get load off before pay cut off. Good thing is I get to go through the house and if appointments stand. Probably won't leave house till Tuesday afternoon. Some pretty nasty weather coming so will keep an eye out. Next post will have current pre plans. Getting loaded in Iowa Park now.

Would like to get those stops off Tues and Wednesday 19,20th. Not even sure if I feel like asking dispatcher to see if they can get it changed. Guess all they can say is no. Oh well we will see. If not I'll only have 1080 miles for this week. Did come off of home time so those type of weeks are expected. I do try to leave early enough so I don't have many of them. Just didn't have a choice with not knowing how long court was going to take Thursday. Anyway Hope your guys are having a profitable and safe week. Until next time. I'm back quiet. God bless

Well not sure what happen but last night after I dropped load my pre plan for NC came up. Even though my pre plan for Houston should of came up. Called them and they told me to call back today to see why I'm on 2 pre plans. I think the Asteroid jacked the communications up a little. My wife was saying they were having computer issues at her job as well. So as for now will scratch the Noth Platte load. Here is previous pre plan.

    Load miles 1134
    MT miles 245

    Pick up 2/16/13 8:30 Pittsburg,TX
    Deliver 2/19/13 19:00 Battleboro,NC

If you notice the load I'm on delivers 17th @ 6am so I'll have fun on this run. It will be ready to roll when I get there. Hook and book and head on to NC. Sure beats a 1000 mile week. I still won't get hopes up to much. Things are always subject to change.

Almost finished with my split break in Bowie,TX. Should have enough hours to make it all the way to Houston. Well it's about that time. So Better get your Engine's started!!

With 7 minutes left on the clock. I arrived at my stop. I forgot this was an over 600 mile trip. Still was able to cruise on in and get some pretty decent fuel mileage. Not so sure how good the fuel mileage will be on next load. Guess I'll go trip plan that one out. Not really sure which route the computer is going to send me. All 3 ways are just a few miles apart. Either 30-40-95 or 20 to 95. So guess we will see which way in the morning. Still can go ahead and figure out how much driving I'll have to do, and scope out receiver and see if I can park there before appointment. Have a good night and a blessed week to come.

Went to the blue beacon to get trailer washed out. They have 3 bays here. All have 5 or more trucks in front of them. Been here so far an hour and a half. 1 truck in front of me. Then it's my turn. The guy in front of me just said a flat bed is inside the bay adjusting his load. When he had all day to do that b4 he even pulled in. It's going to be a long day:)
