Didn't leave Pilot until 6am. Arrived at receiver a few minutes before 7. Was second in line but didn't get a door until close to 9. Didn't take but a few minutes to get those pallets off and then I was off to next stop. So here I sit. Was given a preplan while I was at my second stop so this is what's in the works.

Currently 21Hr 21minutes left on the 70. Not gaining any hours tonight. Will gain 8hr and 43 min@ midnight Saturday/Sunday morning. So I shouldn't have a problem getting this load off. I have been running on recap hours all week. If I can get this load off in the next hour or 2. I can hurry to Plainwell and see If I can't get a restart there. I doubt it but it would be nice. I have 6 hr and 34 minutes left on the 14 and those minutes are ticking away as I type. So if anything I'd like to get to Plainwell before my hours run out. I have normally had loads ready early when I pick up there. So we shall see. Have a good day and be safe. God bless

Where do we start. Went ahead and did and 8 hour break at receiver. Had 2 hours left I could of drove once empty. But it was between 1600-1700 in Detroit, and didn't want to sit in traffic and waste hours. So took the 8. Plus my qualcomm wasn't working so I couldn't get in touch with dispatcher to get money for the lumper. Tried the phone over and over and no answer. Finally ended up calling another fleet and finally got a hold of somebody. Qualcomm was jacked up all day and I couldn't get fuel and routing info. I knew how to go, but wasn't sure where they wanted me to fuel at and I was low on fuel. Didn't want to pass up a place and have to get fuel somewhere else and mess up my chance for fuel bonus.
So went ahead and left after 8 hour break. Went to get trailer washout and headed to plainwell. Load was ready when I got there. So hooked and booked, but because again qualcomm wasn't working or slowly working I was going to take my 2 hour break just down the road. Finally got the message for fuel and it was in Ohio. Funny thing was my gps was routing me thru Canada. Been there done that. But not since they went to the passport deal. Decided to go ahead and stay there. Was just going to do 8 hours ended up doing a little over 10 hours. I'm in Pennsylvania now at a Flying J. Only 360 miles to go, but not sure if there is available parking. So I'll get a little closer tomorrow. Then head the rest of the way Monday morning I think.
I have 8hr and 26 minutes left on the 70. Gaining 8hr and 43minutes at midnight. So seems to be working for me. Might go another week without a restart. Due home on the 15th. Well time for a nap. You folks be good.scottied67 and EggoTrucker Thank this. -
Made it to the receiver. Just parked on the street for now. 10 hr and 43 minutes left on the 70. Gaining 7hr and 7minutes at midnight. There was a truck stop well I guess a fuel stop. It had truck parking, but wanted to check out the parking here. If I couldn't park I would of went back to the truck stop. Just stocked up on some grub there. Then headed to receiver. So here I sit. Time to watch the movie on the back of the eye lids. Ya'll be safe and have a blessed week.
