Go to your doctor and tell him to PULL your COMPLETE Blood Panel. Let's find out EXACTLY what is MISSING in your blood.

For me it's vitamin B1 specifically, thta's completely gone from my blood as of oct last year. I eat a B1 several times a week and the joy of life has returned with it and I am not even trucking. I am however doing battle with medicines as a pain patient suffering certain bone losses 30 years ahead of expected lifetime. Im in the 50's and I have a skeleton of a 80 year old. Considering the 14 xray panels taken 10 years ago of my bones, they shone with strength and power like a 30 year old That's gone. Used up. Leeched out. In addition to B1 I take potassium in form of a banana now and then.

I hate to say this idea but you are a form of depressed. If you are not taking time off regularly say once a week parking that truck and take a bus downtown to visit a ball game, museum, military base or whatever it is that sparks your interest that has NOTHING TO DO WITH trucking for a while that helps you decompress and gain a form of morale and strength.

I visit a social club in Jacksonville AR at the hobby shop there by the base now and then to run the 52 year old railroad called Moon Southern Lines We are a crew of about 20 people from all walks of life. My job is a through train engineer. I have to hit every town on a specific schedule very similar to trucking but under actual railroading conditions under a dispatcher. I just recently started running a local to make deliveries and pickups in the towns on that railroad. It's all for fun. For about two hours once a month all of my problems stop at those doors. My head is filled with everyone, catching up with them and maintaining the dispatch schedules which isnt that much different than trucking.

After some sort of activity for a while, when it's time to get back into that truck, I feel motivated again and ready for a new week of running.

Believe it or not if you have been running a full 70 hour driving week straight through you are SUPPOSED to be tired at the end of that 70. Which is why a 34 hour reset of doing absolutely nothing but decompress and sleep (In a good hotel if you need to) first followed by a burst of some favorite activity. I actually like to go gamble now and then at the tables, but never too much money. There are usually no clocks in the casinos I go to and none of that computer crap (Random number generator constantly runs and moment you touch play button, game is over excepting the reels stopping in a preprogrammed spot) I play let it ride or poker with the dealer in person. Preferably alone to minimize chaos. 100 dollars comes out of the one pocket to the table. Winnings go into the other pocket. When the 100 is all gone I take my winnings and cash out. Then go get a meal of something good.

You have to eat right and eat well. A big fat green salad with everything on it backed by a big western omlette and decent fries plus coffee, orange juice and so on really gives you the horsepower to work all day on just that one meal if need be. You never really know when you will be able to eat again that day. The important that you have eaten a good meal mainly protein with some bread and a form of potatoes and green to balance.

Hydrate and hydrate some more. If you smoke, stop it. Quit. You wont feel good for anything for about a month max. But after you begin to feel cleaner you will find the energy to do things.

While at your doctor have him do tests against you to determine if you have either parasites or cancer developing. IF your body is falling down dead tires at only 27 you have a problem. Either missing portions of your required nutrition, cancer or developing parasites etc.

If you have been under what you consider to be impossible stress. Stop trucking for a month. Go home. Get a ticket to some vacation island to be waited on hand and foot with mountains of hydrate, food and so on. Just rest.

You talked about women. Mention that to your doctor as well. There are certain situations that can hit a man in his reproduction equiptment in a variety of ways that might even travel to your mind via the spinal cord which needs testing. If you do show up with a STD or some other serious infection or even something more serious, they can fix it at that point when caught early.

Finally but not least. Some people use sleep as a escape drug so to speak. If you have a horrible dispatcher giving you a hard time and scaring you to death with threats etc you have a problem that will literally suck the joy of living right out of you much less work.

    Find another company.

Back in my reefer days I hardly ever slept, the reefer kept me awake. I was a working fool until I figured out that life was passing me by. I started pulling a flatbed for the peace and serenity. I worked during the day and slept at night like a normal person. I cut back my working days so I could have a life outside of work, like working out, eating right, making love from dusk till dawn...you get the picture. Now I'm an old guy, I work 20 days a month pulling my dry van, sometimes less.

Be prepared. Flatbed aint all sunshine & roses. Wait till you get to throw around a couple 200lbs triple drop lumber tarps in 90+ deg weather.

Im 160 and in good shape and all I did today was pick up some osb north of Lake Charles, la and throw 8 straps then tarped the load before getting into some rain here in Beaumont and by 3pm I was a hot sweaty mess.

Don’t feel sorry bro. I pull reefer . I’m 100% independent O/O . I get the loads that suit my needs, I go places that I want to go , I work when I want or need to work which is about 7 to 8000 miles per month average . For instance I parked my truck March and April of this year because of the rates and the stupid Elog crap .
I believe that money is not everything in life and in order for me to function well , I have to feel well.
Mega trucking will drive you to the hospital or to the grave faster than a regular human beings
