As already stated, more than likely you are simply vitamin deficient. It happens easily.
Start drinking those Naked smoothie drinks. Truck stops have them. Go for the green flavors.
A cup of mixed veggies would be even better. Chase it down with water. Those vitamins are water soluable. Meaning it needs water to distribute in your body, and they don’t stay there long. So consistency everyday is important.
Lots of water. You should be drinking multiple water bottles daily. When you piss in your jug if it’s dark yellow, you aren’t drinking enough. Empty your jug out onto the parking lot, run back into the store and buy more. Don’t stop until you are dumping light colored urine out.Travelworld2067 Thanks this. -
I still say it’s final stage liver failure but a real doctors opinion may varyEowyn Thanks this. -
But seeing a doctor for certainty of his problem is definite sage advice. -
And maybe just taking the time and effort to eat right would help a lot.
I've been out here over 7 years, and I'm 62 years old.
I don't think I have ever felt as bad as the OP describes.
But I take the time to cook a decent meal every night. No fast food for dinner.
And I plan my loads to allow me to do that, as well as get enough sleep. -
