    Sleeping like a stone for long periods is a sign of dehydration. As is interrupted sleep, waking up in the middle of the night for no good reason. You are what you eat.

    Driving reefer is the problem screw that noise I'm glad I'm dry van. Too much extra to deal with with reefer. Late hours and real early appts, trailer washouts, fueling an extra tank, reefer breakdowns and the fin noise of them. My company pays 2 cents more a mile for reefer. Not worth the hassle for an extra $50 or so a week. I get just as many miles in dry as they do without that extra headache.
