May be the fuse maybe not.Could be the $10 screw in receptacle itself bad, didnt pop out & overheated the coil,2 wires that plug into it,corroded connection,or melted.JMO

Have you checked in the owners manual for the truck?
It will have the fuse layout and say where the fuses are located.

By the way, it is a 12V outlet - not a cigarette lighter.
The lighter is what plugs in to the 12V outlet.

Cigarette lighters in 12v outlets are so outdated. . so maybe its the actual "lighter" you are trying to use in the 12v outlet that's actually bad????

Could try using a new lighter. They're fairly cheap.

As for the socket itself. Is it just the one or others also. On my FL for instance. They were all on the same circuit. By the time the truck went by by. NONE of them would charge my phones. But i was able to still use an invertor for ac electricity. Running the printer was a no go though.

It's probably under the bunk. Or remove the panel. Also, use a tester and make sure youre getting power. If you are, replace the socket.

I had a bunk power outlet which shared a fuse with the power outlet on the dash also have an inline fuse about 2 inches from the bunk outlet, buried under the plastic the power outlet was mounted in. Crazy.

Usually there is a small panel of fuses in the control panel in the bunk area. Call you maintenance people and ask where the fuse panel is. According to Google the fuse box is behind the panel behind the glove box
