In the sleeper and got woken up to my co-driver having an intense conversation with jesus. Sleeper seatbelt was on. I held on, closed my eyes and said a quick prayer. Jackknifed. Noone got hurt which is a blessing. Truck is totaled. We were on track to make over 1100 this week. Will be lucky if i clear even half that now.
But tomorrow i will be able to say i stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night so I suppose it all worked out.
Ugh fml

Sounds like your co-driver's 'intense conversation with Jesus' may have helped you some! Glad to hear no injuries.

Yeah pass on the WHOLE teaming thing.dog-c Thanks this. -
For some reason people think teaming makes the big bucks. Not worth it for a LOT of reasons.
GenericUserName Thanks this. -
I could never team I find it difficult to get along with others. Heck, I have trouble get along with myself most of the time.

I don't like riding with my wife, Mom, brother, sister, best friend, anyone, in a passenger car or truck. Why the heck would I get in an 80k lb vehicle and sleep with someone else driving?
OPUS 7 Thanks this. -
I would never team with anyone. My wife has a CDL and can drive, but I just can't sleep in a moving truck. Never have been able too.
