rebuilding a rig trans

    Say someone found a 660 or similar rig and did a total inframe on the engine. But instead of rebuilding the standard trans they wanted
    to install a manumatic, the best one currently available for the money overall. Could this be done??? Where would you go in the NW/northern plains
    USA to have it done?? And what model manumatic/semi auto trans would you install and what would the general cost be??

    I am sure it could be done but your best bet would be to buy a crashed truck with one in it you would need to reflash the ecm so the tranny could talk to it and get the computer and all parts off other truck to make it work
    I dont know anyone that would want to do it so i dont know what it would cost and why would you want to go to a manumatic anyway just more trouble with them
