    This thread was brought up at dinner with a few of my drivers and my mechanic up here.

    One thing they all said was why in the hell would anyone consider this with rebuilt components, like axles and trans?

    We all agreed a professionally rebuilt engine would be the start but the trans and axles all should be new, and same with the electrical and air components.

    Renting ... no way, because Penske and Ryder have one feature that these ideas don't - breakdown support. When a Penske truck breaks down in bfe Montana where there is hardly a phone signal, Penske will get that truck towed and replaced if it needs to be.
