Rebuilt my fan clutch

    Just did a rebuild kit on mine as the friction disk was shoot so bought whole kit and did it all. Problem is now i have major air leak out the front of the fan. It work perfectly but when i have fan off it leaks like a sive. Any ideas?

    Bad or cut O-ring internally, or, the airline fitting is loose or damaged on the hose or the fitting on the fan assembly, if this is a Horton assembly the superkit came with O-rings and a double bearing setup which is preferred to the single bearing. Check the airline and connection fitting at the hub first this is the easiest to get to, then if that is ok , onward to taking it apart again to check what happened to the O-rings

    You missed an oring, or cut one during assembly. Or you missed the center seal.
