Problem with not telling the carriers is that they are required at minimum to contact your previous jobs.
May want to look for a smaller carrier that won’t look up your caboose with a microscope.
Basically with the type of accident you had not many are going to be willing to hire you…so being honest isn’t going to get you anywhere. Then again lying and getting caught in a lie can be very embarrassing. Especially if you’re half way through an orientation and get sent home.

Yeah it's ugly situation I was thinking of not putting the company on any of my applications because even on both copies I got of my DAC report it's not showing that I worked for them and I worked for them twice I left and came back I would've assumed that the first time I quit it would have been on there and I went through every page to make sure the only thing from them on my DAC report that could possibly say I worked for them is a random alcohol test they had me take

I wouldn’t recommend not listing the company you worked for.
The employment checks are limited to basic info like dates of employment. Beyond that I don’t know what they are legally allowed to say about you.Chinatown, Trucker Marc and Wargames Thank this. -
I second the long sentence. But it sucks that no one is allowed to learn from their mistakes and are easily disgarded.
