Look, dude, get going, put in apps everywhere, and keep moving, if you sit on this, it will make you look bad if they discover it and it is making you look bad just by sitting and waiting for the "right" company to hire you.
One of the things that kills the CDL is waiting for the right opportunity, most of the time it never happens.
If this happened in August, it would have already shown up on at least the Insurance database, but apparently, it hasn't. Yes, self-insured companies still have to have an underwriter involved, and that's part of the reporting mechanism.
The tow is irrelevant other than being a DOT reportable accident UNLESS it was a cash payment hidden because of the carrier's lousy track record—yes, it has happened before.
SO GO GO GO, APPLY.

My guess is the MSP officer wasn’t DOT certified so nothing got reported and nothing got put on his PSP.
If the op wants to really know if anything is on his record he just needs to get a “CLUE” report from his personal insurance agent. -

The new company might. If you get caught just say, the old company told you to not worry about it because it wasn't going on your record. You don't have any choices so just apply and hope for the best.Wargames Thanks this. -
