Hello everyone my name is JJ. I am a female looking to start team driving and I am willing to work with a mentor/trainer before going OTR with a team member but am having a difficult time finding companies that have NTF, Van line, Pair you up with a team member, close to home (WA state) and hire with no experience. Any suggestions?

Try Brown Lines in Mt. Vernon. They are a team only company.

Check trans-system website; 3 companies there in WA that run teams & hire new drivers.
Watkins & Shepard uses teams and has 2 or 3 terminals in WA & hires new drivers & also has tuition reimbursement.

I live in WA and choose to drive for Schneider.
I have yet to regret my choice.
They have a good Operating Center out of Portland. Good folks..who try hard to help you.

They have a drop yard in Sumner WA...some drivers keep their truck there and work from there.

    Chinatown and 123456 Thank this.

I really like Schneider in that the company will hire new drivers for the tanker division.

Do you have a contact # for Brown Lines? Can't find them on the net?
