Recent Con-Way Orientation?

Hiya everyone!

If anyone who reads this has recently gone through orientation at Con-Way can you give me the scoop?? The more details the better!!

I mainly want to know if there is any kind of physical strength test (like lifting or carrying certain weights certain heights/distances) and what the agility test includes (anything besides getting in and out of a trailer and "waddling" under one)? Also are they still doing the obstacle course (A friend of ours went through probably 6 months or so ago and they weren't at that time)? Also other than those 3 tests and the drug test, what other kinds of tests do you have to do (including driving and non driving ones)?
