Recent Grad looking for O/O trainer

You might find an o/o trainer in a big company such as US Xpress. I worked for USX as a trainer years ago and I knew some o/o that also trained. However, this was back when USX allowed the trainer/trainee to run on team status. USX later changed their training to a solo-status-only program, which it is not really profitable for an o/o because they would have to pay their trainee wages. Covenant had o/o trainers too. Your best bet is to call one of this big companies and find out. If you hoping to train with a big dog, though, I'm afraid you are dreaming. Put it this way; Who's gonna let you grind gears on his poppy (that's the way they'd see it, no disrespect...).

My first trainer at Roehl was an O/O. Just luck though. Looking through his contract made me not want to fleece purchase from Roehl.
