recieved max csa violation

ok so back in april hauling a load up from baltimore i get yanked into the perryville scale house for overweight axle. no big issue. i figured i was a lil heavy. The ##### inside the office asked for my liscense so i handed it to him. he hands it right back and asks me i need your liscence. im like ummm? i just gave it to you,this is it. hes like that says u wear glasses and u dont have any on. Long story short. i was in there an hour dealing with this #######. i had lasik done with a letter from my doctor and my updated medical card showing my eye site was fine. he wouldnt budge and wanted to put me OOS. eventually he told me to walk out side and borrow someones glasses and walk back in with them on. so I did, just to get the XXXX outta there. I took my 60.00$ scale ticket that had a note on the bottom that mentioned not wearing corrective lense. no fine for that tho. so i thought nothing of that. 3 months later my companys asking me they have a max violation on there csa putting them in the 80% for a violation of driving without a cdl... now i understand that my liscnse wasnt valid cuz i didnt have glasses on but he let me leave. if i was truely driving without a cdl i woulda been arressted or something... i tried calling maryland and all i get is the run around. my companys on my ### bout it and there nothing i can do. since that issue i went to the dmv and had the restiction removed. we tried to challange the violation and they wont remove it. i mean wtf. do they make money on the csa?

 

i shoulda just lied and told him i had contacts in, but i figured ehh let me be real and say i dont have my glasses because i dont need them!! he was really giving me a hard time eggin me on to loose my temper. i was close. I was over 1200 on trailer axle. 77500 gross. im in the process of doing a dataQ but i need the ticket number and other info from the ticket which i tossed shortly after i paid the scale fine. such a pain in the ### this ####### csa!!! yes ourdriver fitness has some other violations. mine was 10x3. they have a few speedings another cdl issue ticket no med card.... and thats what i dont get having no medical card is 1 point.. and i get stiffed for 10!! for that? ive been working the yard lately in the yard truck #### i might just stay in the yard. cant get in trouble with these xxxxxxx liars
