I also live just north of Forsyth about 5 min from High Falls. That Love's is 10 min from me. I will be coming in as a new driver. I drove OTR in the middle 90's but haven't driven since then. I really like the idea of being home every weekend but I also figure that I need to run about 2200 miles a week at a minimum. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Its much appreciated.

I have seen that Waffle House parking area. Do you need permission from Waffle House or is it a first come first serve kind of thing?

I dont mind the east coast. At least I don't think I do. Lol. I did it in the middle 90's but I'm sure it has changed a lot.

I meant the Pilot not the Loves. He parks in the back so the trailer is pushed up against the berm and the trailer can't be opened.

I live off of 41 halfway between Forsyth and Barnesville. "collier" if you know the area

2200 miles is definitely doable. Might have to work some saturdays during the slow periods.

no permission needed as far as I know. I don't think waffle house owns it. There are some huge holes forming in there now since no one takes care of it. I've left trailers there for over a week before with no issues.

I know the area very well. I think that is in the area where the house is with the golf putting green. Pretty area. Does it cost anything to park for a couple of days at the Pilot? I really appreciate you answering my questions. The truck stops are a little closer to my house than the Waffle House is.
