Recommend a good starter company

Looking for a decent company to get experience with

- SOLO
- Dry van or Reefer only
- I live in Queens, NY
- Open to local, regional or OTR
- Home time either daily, few days , weekly or every 2 weeks.
- If possible; during training process, I dont want to team drive.
- Recommend company with shortest training period
- NO SCHNEIDER - since I have a out of service ticket driving a box truck from 2019 and they said I am no longer eligible.

- I have a CDL Class A - AUTOMATIC ONLY RESTRICTION
