    What shocks would you recommend for a 2007 Peterbilt 387 front axle?

    My first truck was a Pete 387. I spent lots of $$ and time on the suspension. I used Gabriel shocks. One issue you WILL always have is the 'popping' in the front end. The rear shackles on the front springs 'twist' and cause this. You can 'shim' them every 50K or so. Pain in the arse!!! I had several other issues that I would be glad to discuss with you if you want.
