    How can I look at my whole backgroind and criminal history. I want to see what any companies I apply to will see when looking into me.

    Sorry cant help myself sometimes. Google: personal background check and be prepaid to pay the fee? Perhaps FBI background checks.

    Usually, it is a 10 year record. You can obtain a copy from your local Police/Sheriff's dept. You could also get a 10 year driving record. These are two of the things that employers will do when initially processing an applicant. The DAC report is another essential record that is pulled on an applicant.

    In washington state you can get a complete driving record (all the way back to first licence) for $10.00 at the DOL website. For some unknown reason, the Washington State Patrol is responsible for keeping criminal background records.

    alot of companies use hireright.com you can get one free report from them. It may not show everything and companies may use more then just them but its a start. I requested my report and recieved it in the mail within 2 weeks. It did show the company that I signed up with checked it too.
