Recovering truck for Werner

Very common, we recovered one for them once, it wasn't far from the terminal so we just rode over there and brought it back, we were in line for a truck at that time so it wasn't a big deal. The truck's clutch died on the way over it ended up having to be towed, but we did get a truck that evening we hated and the lady was nice because we had done that favor for her and allowed us to give it to the guy in line behind us so we could come back the next day where she gave us the one we wanted...

The truck we recovered wasn't that bad, but I've heard some horror stories.

So how long did it take you to get a truck all said and done from the time you finished your (first) 300 hours of training???

We haven't been hearing good things about that.

Makes me a little sad to see it, looks so much like ours did =(.

I won't say I loved everyday there but most days were OK and I will say that I miss working for them and most of the people, just not the person I had to report to.

 

I can say I miss Werner, alot. I miss my dispatcher, don't particular miss his boss much... at... all. Or hell the Dallas terminal. hated that terminal.

 

Actually I miss about everyday. LOL I really did like working there. Who was the Dallas mgr when you were there?
