Company's truck? Then breakdowns and detention are company's problem - not driver's. Drivers should be paid for these. Pretty basic.

Breakdowns and detention are part of the risks you assume when you OWN a company. Basic.
Company drivers are employees, not partners. They don't get a cut of the profits and they shouldn't suffer the losses. ...
