Over past 2 years with it I've done 6 alignments, replaced tires almost 3 times because shop says it's the super singles, balanced all the tires every time and put centramatics on all the tires, the drive shafts was sent out because it was out of balance, I joints and carrier bearing have been replaced, we found this weekend a broken engine mount, a broken cab isolation bar bushing, a bad suspension air vavle, and the rear axle hangers were put on backwards.
All of that and still this harmonic vibration is there. Truck only has 209k miles on it and it's been there since day one.
Here is an audio file of what the vibration sounds like in the cab while I'm driving. It comes and goes usually when I'm adding power gradually to the engine and it's the most pronounced around 50-70mph.
Nevermore, can't add a sound file. Here is a link to the audio. Also, here is video of the truck on the dyno -
I would demand they take it back. Period.

Worst case scenario you could trade it in on an Amel and sail off into the sun set.
Sorry to hear your bad luck, hand.redoctober83 Thanks this. -
I just bought a 2010 Cascadia and am looking to redo the inside. I had redone my 09 prostar and was happy with that, but decide it was time for a bit more room, since now I take my girl with me to go away.
My goals are a little simpler that yours. I don't need a shower, but definitely a fridge, stove is possible, work area a must, TV, nice bed, sitting area that you can actually sit at and work and eat.
the possibility of a second bed setup (in case we take the kids). and storage.
(believe this or not - storage for luggage yeah i now weird)
Generally i run myself so most of this is for me, but when i take her with me we generally will take the truck with a load out a day or 2, deliver and then take a week off wherever we are at and then grab a load to head home. Get paid to go on vacation.
So i don't need as much as what your doing.
I have found 2 real nice pedestal tables that would work for the main table, marine style of course. the benches i would build from scratch.
On this unit though i am thinking o tearing out the whole inside and redoing the everything rom the walls out. but i have never done walls so i am a little worried about how to do that.
any Idea - suggestions? -
Seeing as how my rebuild project is on hold until I get my next truck in 2018, I haven't looked much deeper into what to do with the walls. I did this last weekend put a portable shower and toilet in my truck. Ran me about $500 for everything.
Here is the water pump/hot water heater I picked up at Cabela's for $340.
This toilet is simple and picked it up at Walmart for under $70.
I have 2 shower curtains, 1 shower rod, 2 bungee cords, and a rubbermaid container that fits perfectly between the cabinets. Takes just a few seconds to set up and the hot water heats up instantly. It'll go from 54 degree water to 95-100 degree water in seconds coming out of the shower head. -
So you definitely recommend pulling everything out and start from scratch, building a new interior wall system so i have support?
I have heard that there really isn't much there to work with. Its just the idea of starting all the way from scratch, kind of scares me.
the only other thing is How do i panel the wall then? never done that. the cushions and all the framing, wiring and so on im not worried about.
Just get me past the point where i have a wall to work with. lol -
I'm a germaphobe as well but I carry a little zipper bathroom bag that I can clip to my belt. Inside is wet wipes, Clorox cleanup wipes in a zip lock and my tooth brush tooth paste. I wipe the toilet down with the Clorox wipe let it simmer then wipe down with toilet paper to get a nice clean dry disease PO o pO o free toilet seat. I also use gallon Deer Park Zephyrhills Water jugs that use for the midnight tinkle or rolling down the road emergencies. I don't dump them on the pavement or just leave them in the lot I discreetly pour them in the bushes or grass area away from any walking path. But that's as far as I go bathroom wise in the truck. Unless I'm in a shutdown roadway in a blizzard I don't see the need to bask in your own filth by dropping a meat loaf in your truck. Let alone dealing with boom boom bags in the lot. U guys did class it up but it's still squatting in your truck.

I was also wondering what and how you set up the water storage system in the truck? what are you using for storage, how much water and where did you put it?
