Really? Well, you don't gotta snort it while grinding on it. Hold your breath maybe? Get some PPE if you think it's that big of a deal? You're making a mountain out of a mole hill. Nobody is standing there cutting dozens of seals off in a 10-12 hour work period. It's a thing that a typical truck driver might do a time or two in a week if that? I should be dead already all the cutting, grinding and spraying I've done over a lifetime without PPE.

As mentioned, the felco c7 is the way to go if you cut a lot of them. Replaceable jaws too.

The receiver chick... snapped it off clean as can be... and you have to twist and turn and all that... the receiver chick with some clippers when you have a bolt cutter.
