Clippers problem solved. My wife got fed up with me #####ing and moaning about it, and bought me me an electric angle grinder. So now, as she says, I can cut off whatever I want, and shut up about it. So okay.

Why are you cutting the seal? Everywhere I’ve been the receiver cuts it.

Some places cut them, lots of places the driver cuts it.

There are so many places I’ve been to that required me to cut the seals once they verified them. Hundreds and hundreds of deliveries.

The real nuisance are the customers that won’t cut seals themselves but then try to refuse the load when their people tell me to cut, and I do. “Oh, you shouldn’t have done that, our unloader is supposed to cut them!” “You’re unloader just ####ing told me to cut them, you idiot sandwich!” You immediately get the impression they don’t want the #### and are looking for any excuse to refuse it. Last time it took Molson Coors 10 hours to finally accept the product, and then the idiots didn’t even unload all of it before saying I was good to go and disappearing again. I’m still salty AF over that. Only got 11 hours of detention but I swear to God I’ll never benefit that company ever again. I’d rather poor their garbage down the drain where it ####ing belongs.

    sorry for the rant LOL

Of course. A truck showing up means someone might actually have to do something that resembles “work” in some way and that’s totally unacceptable.
