you're looking at 3.5 day turnaround at best. so you are looking at 20 trucks and that's only if they need to be shipped in 5 days, delivery of second load would be outside the 5 day window. It's not enough money for me to deadhead back. you'd be better of letting them find return loads, should still be able to get back in 5 days depending on where they go.

I'm making $2 loaded mile running out of that area right now.

my guy is a broker and a trucking company. We could get them moved if they need help finding trucks. Put it this way. You'd have NO PROBLEM finding 40 trucks to haul 1400 mi for $4500. just forget all the deadheading back nonsense

 

$3800 for 2920 miles = $1.30

I said it's a good deal for one way but I wouldn't do it ad deadhead back. You will have better luck paying 40 trucks for one trip loaded not round trip.

So you're keeping $700 per load? 15% for pushing paperwork?

You'd have no problem getting 40 trucks for $2.60/mi problem is getting the idiots who think they need 3 days to drive 1400 miles
