    Looking at a stainless 97 great dane TK unit 16,000 hrs, exterior nice shape interior fair shape, ducted floor (not T-DUCT) 50 % tires and brakes. what price range should i be paying for this? oh 48 ft spring ride

    7-10k. More if its a spread axle

    Stainless on a 97 is going to be HEAVY

    I wouldn't even buy it. Itl cause too much damage and claims

    Its a tater trailer is what it is. They still run springs.

    They're lying to u. The NEW stainless siding adds that much. Its A LOT lighter then the older stuff. Think 1500+ lbs. And I'm leaning to the +

    I wouldn't touch it unless its a steal. For $4 or $5k it may be worth putting a spread axle under.

    We get enough claims in produce with air ride. Spring ride just beats the hell out of the boxes on the bottom untill they blow out

    they asked 5900.00,,,, without me even asking they are down to 4500.00 now.
    and everthing used up to 2000-2001 is about 70-75% springs any way they do have 2 others not stainless from the very same trade in company miller bothers exspress

    Your finding all the springs cause your in ID. All there is to haul is spuds.

    Its up to you. Pwrsonally is go for less flash with air ride. But the springs are why they are so cheap.

    I'll surmise it's way heavier than that. Ask them the guage (thickness).

    I know the price seems attractive, but would bet you'd hate that wagon within 2 weeks of buying it.

    Spring ride reefer on top of all that? No way.
