    I have the ARB fridge/freezer. looks similar to that Dometic, very heavy duty, runs off 12v or 110v, not cheap either but worth every penny.

    We use engel in Australia the temps are in the high 40 c up north so need some thing good. These things never miss a beat and I leave mine on 24/7 I've never had any problem with flat batteries and things are always cold. Some of us run two,one for fridge and one for freezer as there are not a lot of truck stops in the outback and normally just park up on the side of the road. I recommend them.
