First time I've been "summoned" to a thread, lol. What exactly are you looking for in terms of info?
Being Canadian, my numbers wouldn't give you all that much, given that the dollar is not on par, and the economy where I live (Manitoba) isn't as strong as say Southern Ontario or Vancouver, making what I make a lot better than those places (cost of living here is one of the lowest in the country).
That all said, when I started my regional position, I was making $17 CAD/hr. After my first year with the company I went up to $18.50 and after that, every three months go up another $0.50 until I hit the $20 cap. Taxes in Canada are a little different from the US (from what I understand about taxes, which is very little, that's what I pay an accountant for), so my take home might not give a good indication of what a driver in the US might take home (and that varies from state to state as I've come to find out).
HOWEVER, what guarantees me a solid pay cheque every bi-week period is the fact my company endeavours to get all the regional drivers at least 8 hours work per day. Whether that be actual driving, or just working around the yard. Personally, I average about 10 hours a day, or 100 a pay period. This isn't industry average for the area. Most regional drivers either work far more (max out their logs) and get paid less, or work very little (a couple companies are barely even able to give drivers 3 hours a day sometimes) and get paid more.
I hope you can garner some benefit from that.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -

Our base pay starts around $25/hr, goes up to almost $28/hr. We work nights, so we get an additional $1.75 on top of that. Roughly 40-45 hours per week.
