Company im lookin at pays .47/mi under 450 miles and .37/mi over 450 miles which im guessing them mean 450 miles in that load trip. Goes up to.49.5 and .39.5 if you average 6 miles to a gallon. Is this an ok wage? Seems low to me

I would try and find some (if there are any) other companies to call. In TX the local gravel haul company pays on % and divers are making low 50's to mid 60's a year.

I personally am not a fan of PM pay but % may not be an option at the very least I would call as many companies as I could to determine an average pay scale.

    Best Regards
