With Maverick you park your truck wherever you can find a safe spot. It's up to you. Lots of freight moves through the Charlotte area, running RMW I was through there all the time. You will get home on weekends. While at Maverick I got home every weekend for over 2 years. They do everything they can to get you home. Most drivers get hung out an average of about 4 times a year, I was lucky! I honestly believe if you are just getting going in trucking, there is no better company than Maverick...and I am no longer at Maverick! New minimum RMW pay of $1100/wk.
