Reinhart foodservice

Ive been at reinhart for almost a year and have NEVER. Taken HOME less then 1900 on a bi weekly basis.. the cases/miles/stop/layover pay add up well over 1300 a week and once a month depending on ur performance you get what is called a pdq wgich is based on how well tour scanning bonus is.. (everything u deliver must be scanned with a hand held) if you stay above 98% with minimal credits, (damages) i have earned anywhere from 300 to 800 extra a month just for doing my job right.. reinhart imburses you for everything.. drive ur own vehicle to another domicile 57c per mile.. stay in a hotel 70$ + 17.50 per diem plus the hotels free.. .2675/mile .2175/ case 5.35 for a premium stop. 3.35 for a big boy. 45$ on a back haul.. reinhart is a place to retire at if u are a extremely hard worker.. alot of aspects of a delivery job are over looked.. u must realize you are obligated to pick up and move over 1200 boxes a day sone weighing as much as 70lbs.. you are obligated to get in and out of the tighest parking lots youd ever imagine.. and you are obligated to abide by all dot rules.. you have 14 hours to do 14 stores and 1350 cases with over 2 hours of driving in the day (just an example) do the math on how much relax time you have this night... now multiply that by a 5 day work week.. you have a 2500 take home check after 2 weeks and a very mentally/physical drained body with it.. i love my job but it is not for everyone..
