Reitnouer or Mac trailer

Yeah I think they do make about the nicest open deck trailers. I took a factory tour of their plant in Salem Ohio what about five or six weeks ago. They make open deck trailers and pneumatic tankers there. I did not look closely at the tanks, I don’t know enough about tank form or function to know good from bad. Having owned several brands of open deck trailer, I can say that seeing how Mac’s are built I will definitely be buying more of them.

Been out here in NE Ohio for almost 4 years now. I don't miss Buchanan at all! Well maybe a little.............bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, REAL pizza, etc.

So how about a short list of Mac flatbed specs? Kinda for general freight but can take a concentrated load as needed…?

Last year I was quoted 49k on a 110k gvrw, 80k beam, 12 inch spaces crossmebers, 5 j hook tracks. 25k axle spread 45x102 with bulk head. Lp22.5 Michelin tires, aluminum wheels, standard lights and standard rear tail pannel.

I should have ordered. I did not and decided to wait. Poor decision on my part. Expect 12-14% increase.
