    Millis will most definitely accept you out of IL. I submitted an app and was accepted two days later. Currently scheduled for the July 9th class in Ohio as long as I can get my physical and permit in order by then. I would definitely recommend submitting an app with them, as they appear to be the best deal out there for company training.
