Just find a public warehouse to put it in. Let Amazon know where their goods are, tell them you are no longer responsible for the load and walk away. If you need a good lawyer contact Seaton and Husk in Virginia they'll tell you what's legal and what isn't. Asking strangers on the Internet is not going to get you far. Pay professionals to get this done for you.
